You are hired as a consultant to address an organization that is facing a wave of retirements. Some of these employees hold key positions in the organization. To make matters worse many of the lower level employees are leaving because of a lack of promotional opportunities. Finally, the organization has a poorly executed performance management program. Employees either do not receive ratings or the ratings are inflated.
