Step 1. Draw an Eco Map based on Bronfenbrenner’s theory, representing one stage of
development of your choice (e.g., early childhood, young adulthood). To demonstrate
your ecological model, identify important social systems by displaying at least 3
significant events per system. The diagrams should be created on computer. See Eco Map
example. The ecomap can be about a fictional character from a tv show or movie.
Step 2. Synthesize a two to three pages of reflection explaining the diagram using
concepts discussed in the class. The narrative will be typed, double–spaced, using a 12–
point Times New Roman font, following APA citation style including a reference page.
