1. Where Did You Get That? Pretend you are shopping in the period 1850-1900.
Post an image of a garment or accessory and say where you would shop for it, for example at a store or at a couture house that was open during the Victorian era.
2. Fashion or Anti-Fashion? Post a portrait from the period 1850-1900 and evaluate whether the person wears fashion or anti-fashion, or some blend between the two.
3. The Dating Game – Post an image of a garment or full ensemble from a museum collection and give us all the information about it except the date and the Museum’s
accession number. The next person to post should try to date your garment accurately within five years, and then post a garment of their own – and so on.
