My suggestion is as follows:
1. Title: Research on Innovative blockchain business model in health and fitness industry in (Country).
2. Your research should center around three questions: why business model? why blockchain? why and how to apply Innovative blockchain business model in health and fitness industry in that country?
3. An abstract usually comprises of three parts: I. The background information about your research question, trying to explain why it is important to study this question. II. Your reseearch subject, theories, methods, process, results and conclusions. III. Your theoretical and practical contribution.
4. Main body: Generally the logic goes like this：
  First, the introduction explains why you choose this topic, the existing literature and studies to verify the research gap you try to fill in, your mothodology roadmap, the arrangement of your chapters.
  Second, Related theories and methodologies.
  Third, the status quo of the business model of health and fitness industry in that country, and the justification of the application of blockchain technology.
 Fourth, how to apply Innovative blockchain business model in health and fitness industry in that country.
  Fifth, conclusions and implications.
5. Reference Better cite the SSCI papers for the past 3 years and some classic literature.
6. You need more data (tables and figures) to support your research.
7. Time is very tight. A great challenge but I think you can cope with it. Pleas put this thesis on your top agenda.
