Does restorative justice practices lower the community’s fear of crime?

  

Students will write a 6–8-page argumentative essay (not including title page or bibliography) that engages a topic related to Restorative Justice within a criminological or sociological framework. Essays should reference a combination of assigned readings from the course textbook and outside academic sources (i.e., journal articles or book chapters that were not assigned for the course.)
