A developer (Western Sydney University) wishes to erect nine (9) town-houses in a suburb located in the City of Parrapen. The developer has lodged a DA with Parrapen Council which includes a set of seven (7) plans and elevations numbered, DWG 01 to 07 inclusively. On first inspection you have a fairly reasonable suspicion that the proposal will not comply with the City of Parrapen Council’s Development Control Plan (DCP) for multiple dwellings.
