create a recruitment sourcing form
I would like to create a recruitment sourcing form request in order to share it with the business and line managers when ever they require candidates to hire.
They usually either give us unclear requests verbally or email and it is important to document it in a standard way.
Please help me create a clear form including all the required information such as the below:
(Title, years of experience, industry or field, certifications, education level, education field, brief previous job description, brief job description for the intended role) also add any information you think is necessary
