Analyze and evaluate the interview with Mr. Mazich, an individual with Parkinson’s disease.

- Critically analyze the interview and do the following in a Word Document (be sure to review the rubric to know how points are earned for this assignment):
- Briefly summarize the information shared in the interview.
- Develop three additional questions you feel should have been asked in order to gain more insight into the voice problems the client experiences as a result of Parkinson’s disease. Be sure to address why you feel this information is important to the case history and include rationales for questions.
- PLEASE NOTE: Mr. Mazich has agreed to respond to some of the questions formulated by CSD 100 students. Since he likely will not be able to respond to all questions, be sure to prioritize your questions in order of importance.
- Identify via time stamp, an instance where the interviewer could/should have asked a follow up question to get more information on a particular aspect of the voice problem. Formulate a follow up question the interviewer could/should have asked and state why that information is necessary for a complete voice history.
