the work is a project proposal for a UK based trekking company called “Action Challenge” the company has suffered from Covid-19 and Brexit.
i have conducted internal and external analyses on the companay (PESTEL, SWOT), identified the problems and proposed two solutions.
your job is to choose one of the solutions and create an entire project to implement. i strongly reccommend choosing the Brexit issue and create a project to open a branch or subsidiary in one of the EU countries.
the project requires a lot of research, a financial cost analysis, a risk analysis, a stakeholder analysis ( all in form of a matrix table) the time it takes to do each step in the process, and more items shown in the files.
i need a list of all the steps in the project and the time it takes to do each one as i will create a Work Breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart using project softwares. i must stay updated on all your work as i need to create some things of my own as you do the work.
