- Government intervention has often been attempted to correct policies, regulations, and laws by legislation. For this week, cite a policy that was developed to implement sustainable practices. In presenting your policy, discuss:
– if the act is being addressed to the local, state, national, or international level,
– the progress of the act (has it passed, where is the delay?)
– only two ‘pros’ as to why the act is important to environmental sustainability (I say only two so others have a chance to offer their insights as well)
– at least one ‘con’ that might be considered a negative impact
