The final report provides an opportunity to demonstrate ability in resolving an ethical dilemma through effective leadership.

You should demonstrate in the final report your ability to conduct a broad in-depth analysis of evidence regarding the organization under examination, and objectively evaluate that evidence using concepts and theories on Professional Ethics and Project Leadership, before reaching a conclusion on the underlying problems that led to the organization’s dilemma.

The written report should be a minimum of 6-8 pages (and a maximum of 2500 words) in APA format double-spaced, excluding the title page. It should consist of the following sections:

  • Title Page (include the name of the report and your name)
  • Summary of the Ethical Dilemma
  • Identification and Evaluation of the Three Ethical Principles
  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • Identification and analysis of potential solutions (includes SWOT or PMI)
  • Leadership Character Assessment and Evaluation
  • Summary of Strategy and Justification of Solution for Garnering Support and Buy-In
  • Conclusion
  • A minimum of four references
