Assume that you are assigned the role of educator in your healthcare organization. Select a topic of interest for which you will be the trainer and identify who your target audience will be.
Part One
To prepare for the training:

Outline your objectives. You should have approximately five different objectives that you intend to cover in your presentation. These “takeaways” for your audience highlight what knowledge your peers will gain from the presentation.

Prepare some pertinent questions to lead the discussion. Open-ended questions will help to increase the amount of participation among the audience. They will encourage the sharing of relative ideas and experiences related to the objectives. A total of five open-ended questions is sufficient.

Build an annotated bibliography with at least three references that you plan to include in your research. For each reference, include a brief summary of the information that the source contains. Your summary should be about 150 words in length.
